This policy fully complied with the rules and regulations of the relevant Department 
of Consumer Protection. Incanto assures customers that they will be completely 
satisfied with their purchase.

Incanto guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will 
accept the purchased item for refund or exchange within 15 days of your receipt of 
the merchandise. 

Subject to the provisions of items exchange or cash refund within 15 days from the 
date of purchase of goods subject to sole approval Incanto.

No refund/exchange shall be allowed on items except a defective product or if it 
does not conform to the legally approved specifications. 

Defective or unworn merchandise must be returned within 15 days of your receipt 
for either an exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be 
returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Items must be in their 
original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions are 
attached. 

Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or 
exchanged. Items must be unaltered, unused and in fully sellable condition (or the 
condition in which they were received from Incanto).

If you wish to refund or exchange the product in accordance with the conditions 
below, please keep the original purchase receipt. All refunds shall be issued in the 
same mode as Original Payment. “Credit Card payments are refunded back to the 
card used in the purchase& No cash refund requests will be accepted unless the 
transaction is made in cash”. 

Refunds will only be processed subject to completion of the Return Process and the 
item/s returned have been approved. Consequently, Incanto will issue a refund of 
the full-face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, 
the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees). 

Incanto reserves the right to monitor returns and at a sole decision refuse requests 
are associated with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this Returns 
section is intended to minimize the consumer rights that may have under Bahrain 
law.
